These terms govern the use of the milanostand.com site and of the Milano Stand app. By using the site you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who runs the site

The site and the app belong to Mazzetti Martin S.r.l., registered office at Via Giuseppe Di Vittorio 7 int. 23, 20017 Rho (MI), tax code and VAT number 03133760128, entered in the Companies Register of Milano Monza Brianza Lodi, REA MI-2043800. What the site offers

The site presents Milano Stand’s services for designing, building and installing exhibition stands, and a finder to tell us the show and the space you are interested in. It is meant for businesses and professionals.

The information on the site, such as show dates and space sizes, is indicative: dates are set by the organisers and should be checked before booking. Nothing published on the site is an offer to the public (Article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code): every supply is based on a written quote and contract.

Third-party trademarks

The names of shows and exhibition centres belong to their owners, and we use them only to say where we work. Milano Stand is not affiliated with Fiera Milano or with the organisers of the shows, unless expressly stated.

The reserved area

• The app can be accessed only by invitation from a client or supplier organisation: open registration is not available.
• Your credentials are personal: keep them confidential, turn on the second factor when the app asks you to, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used them.
• You may use the app only for your organisation’s work and within the limits of your role.
• We may suspend an account used in breach of these terms or that puts security at risk, notifying the organisation it belongs to whenever possible.

Permitted use

You may not use the site or the app for unlawful purposes, try to enter areas or data you are not authorised to access, disrupt their operation (for example with attacks or excessive load), collect their content with automated tools, or upload content that infringes the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The texts, images, designs, the Milano Stand brand and logo, and the software of the site and the app belong to Mazzetti Martin S.r.l. or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may consult them to assess our services; any other use requires our written permission. The content you upload to the app remains yours or your organisation’s: you grant us only the use needed to provide the service.

Availability

We do our best to keep the site and the app always available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it: there may be interruptions for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mazzetti Martin S.r.l. is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or from being unable to use it, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence (Article 1229 of the Italian Civil Code). The rights that the law grants to consumers are not affected.

Links to other sites

The site may contain links to other sites, such as those of exhibition organisers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Changes

We may update these terms: the terms in force are those published on this page, with the date at the top, and they apply from the moment of publication.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Milan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless you are a consumer: in that case the court of the place where you live has jurisdiction (Articles 33(2)(u) and 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code).
